I just happened to be at the Palms on New Years Eve and New Years and have one set of .03, two .05 and one .15 tickets. One from 12/31/08 and one from 01/01/09. I am not a collector of "TITO" but I do have quite a few. Every time I am in a casino I usually cash out a couple to bring home. Possibly to trade for chips or something.
