I have followed new links and leads as well as gotten many emails and answers from some collectors/dealears I emailed last night and the conclusion is in (as far as I can tell).

The United States is the ONLY country in the world who has ever acknowledged GOD on their paper currency.

They had the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" many years on coins before it was made law and appeared on paper currency in 1957. It did appear on a few notes prior, but in 1957 became ALL. It was only after the Civil War that it was put on coins. SO....
