If I put something out in the mail and put the flag up I can then tell when he has delivered mail. One day I waited till 5:00pm several times only to find out her delivered my mail and they didnt put the flag down. Now here in ILL they use a truck and we have bad and nasty weather, so I dont care to go out to the mail box only once.
