I arrived in Las Vegas on Saturday, December 20th. Some two days earlier I started to feel the affects of an upper respiratory infection (croup!) and as I sit here at McCarran (awaiting a a 2-hour delayed flight) I am still feeling the finals remnants of that illness. While I had a great time (after all, it is Vegas) but I've got say that I basically saw no one out side of my family!

I did attend the NYE function at The Orleans and briefly said hello to 2 other chippers in attendance, but aside from that I did nothing about visiting anyone. I apologize to my friends in Las Vegas, but there will times in the future!

Feeling much better now, except I have to head back to Tucson.
