I am not asking you to answer for the authors of the guide, but based on your averages ($100 AVG, $165 SU), The prices in the guide are inflated by 33% on the AVG and over 50% on the SU. Whith that many sales, the numbers should NOT be that far out of line.

FYI David, my sample time was about 4 months, i am sure your recorded transaction go back a wee bit more!

Hoping TCR will be more in line with reality, i know you guys will do a good job with it.
