OK, there's 3 "casinos" on that side of The Bay. South of you is THE PALACE in Hayward, a small card room with no real parking close by. But they run a shuttle from the City Parking Garage. I usually park on the city streets and walk since I'm there for a very short time to harvest chips. It's right next door to San Leandro, so you can probably get there pretty easy without getting on the freeway.

Then there's the OAKS CLUB in Emeryville. You should head North on 580 and just before the junction with 80 take the San Pablo Ave. exit. Go down a few blocks (4-5 I think), turn right and go another 4 blocks to the second stop light. Turn left, go one block and turn right to enter their main parking lot. There's another parking lot across the street, so if you want to use that one just go through the 2nd stop light I mentioned and turn right when you get to the driveway entrance. Both lots have guards on duty 24/7, so even though they're in a "tough neighborhood", I've never had any problems.

The last one is SAN PABLO LYTTON CASINO further North on 80 to the San Pablo Dam Road exit. Turn left at the end of the off ramp and just head West to their Parking Lot Entrance. Can't miss it.
