1. One says something over the spade picture on the ace of spades, the other doesn't
2. "close cover before striking" is different...one has dots between the words, the other doesn't
3. Font is different on the saddle "Famous Palace Club since 1888"
4. One says "Universal match corp. Los Angeles" the other doesn't
5. One has a pile of coins and a few loose coins, the other has a pile of coins plus a bunch of loose coins
6. One has a hole by the striker, the other doesn't
