The one thing that I've noticed, and I've sent them an email asking about it, is that there's a timestamp on the signature updates. For example, this morning it ran update 3720 around noon. When I looked they had already listed 3721 and 3722 but I couldn't get them to update on my machine. I rechecked a few minutes ago and they had run so it seems that they held off the update until after the time stamp. Have you noticed that?
