I would rather lose some value than lose the hand big. If you slow play your bullets you are going to let small suited connectors in your hand. They can easily have 10 - 13 outs after the flop. You only have ONE PAIR and you can only improve on it by drawing trips and then hope for the board to pair! You have TWO OUTS! You need to raise enough to get everybody out except for the guy with A-J or A-Q or A-K etc!!! No small pairs allowed!!! There is nothing worse than holding the BULLETS and then after the flop, knowing you are beat, and can not get away from the hand. Bottom line is...YOU ONLY HAVE ONE PAIR!
