Steve...you don't just get out of an obligation by quitting something. You signed up for the contest & you owe everything until the end of the contest. You will also receive any chips owed to you for winning. Anyone who does not send you what you are owed for this contest, would no longer be welcome next year. And of course, since you quit the you will no longer be able to enter the contest in the future.
