I think Archie pretty much nailed it Dave but the posibilitiy of fake bills is there too. I do not rule out CASH as payment but I sure would not want to get paid for an expensive transaction with cash. Any local check cashing place or grocer ususally has money orders for under a dollar. Just my opinion but I think the seller has a case and he is not a moron.
