Hi to all collector's of Las Vegas chips. You will want to get the chips Encore is using because they are really the 2nd issue of the Wynn chips. The Wynn 2nd issue has a darker blue on the inlay and the white is more of an off-white. But under a UV light the inlay is completely different. The 1st issue inlay has no watermarks of any kind; whereas the 2nd issue inlay has a large hat and cane centered over a background of continuous lines of "WYNN WYNN WYNN WYNN WYNN WYNN" etc.

I will be giving one of the talks at the Convention in June, tentatively titled "Multiple Facets In Valuing Any Casino Chip", and the talk will include the use of UV light in identifying chips. Come one, come all.
