Well it can be hosted anywhere and with control of the software the advertising can be whatever you want. I can't speak for the MOGH whether they would want to undertake this, whether they would be able to host this or whether they would want to be a part of it. I can speak for me, being happy to contribute time, space, and expertise no matter who hosts it.
