It was a couple of years ago, Dateline set up a camera in a post office some where. It showed a part timer opening the christmas envelopes and taking the money out of them. You can't blame the carriers or the drivers who deliver. charles is right about shipping them, wrap your chips in paper and put an extra piece of cardboard around them.

I only got one package like that since I've been trading chips or lottery tickets.
