You could also check the Chip Guide, which is available on a link from this web board. It organizes chips by state and city, although it does not include values. At least you could get chip numbers from there and see whether they are obsolete or if any are still in current use.
Although there is a chip club as referred to in prior posts, this board is not directly associated with it. As a result, you may get responses from club members and non-members alike.
Chips can be offered for sale on this board. Many find this to be an attractive alternative to eBay. There are other auction sites that specialize in chips, too. Others can provide links to those auction services, which are much cheaper than eBay. You can sell individual chips, or you could batch them into lots to save on shipping and repeated seller fees.
