Wow...75 people read your question and no one's answered so far? Strange Club, huh? I'd suggest Craig's List. Those chips are worth $2-$3 each, so the eBay/PayPal fees will kill you. I'd also suggest cleaning them up, making a few good scans, and posting them here with your asking price per chip. Good luck.
