The top part of the character on your chip is worn off. The blank side also had characters. However, they are worn off on your chip.

The chip was delivered to Fresno, CA. Three colors of that chip are shown on my website. For those that don't know, my site shows most known crest & seals (like the chinese chips in this thread)
