"commemorative chip" on the COA it meant it was never in play. Or never intended to be anyway. They don't sell things like this (in a fancy chip display box with a COA) out the cages, do they? Maybe they tried to sell it in the gift shops and changed it latter. Maybe they should put an asterisk next to Babes name in James's next edition...ha! Thanks for the info Ralph!
