I got this off Ebay and It came in a nice little blue, chip holding box with a COA. And I was wondering if this was the only way this chip was sold. It never made the tables? Was it just sold in the gift shops? And is this a common practice with some other chips in the past or was it done that way because of the Ruth Estate set up with the Las Vegas Club? Since it is numbered does that make it more of a souvenir item than a "real" Casino chip? Thanks for any info!
