You are looking at one page of a prison roster. That is too small of a sample to mean anything.
I was a cop/Detective/Sergeant in Harlem and the Bronx. In my police career, I'd say 90% of the people I arrested were black or hispanic. Does that mean something? Yeah. I worked in a place where black and hispanic people committed crimes. They got caught. That is what it means.
In President Obama's home state of Chicago, blacks make up 15% of the population and 65% of the prison population. Does that mean something?
You know what your post means to me? You are simply another foreigner looking for an excuse to take a shot at us. Fine by me, you get a pass 'cuz of your second-nation envy. But comments like that, left unanswered, promote a wrong impression aboput our judicial system.
