Sure there's a "price comparison approach" with vintage plaques and jetons which encompasses sales history of similar material from similar casinos (casino size, location and known quantities manufactured/destroyed) that helps determine a general level at which such material is offered, but it still boils down to what the buyer and seller mutually agree on... and yes, I do realize that a price guide is just that; a guide, and I do favor those authors who do not include prices in their work... but that's just me.
