When the book appears at B and N or Amazon whose choice is that. Couldn't an author like James decide where he wants the book to sell. For example couldn't he be in control of the book to sell himself and maybe a few dealers where he can say please sell at this suggested retail price and maybe at a later date go to Amazon and other whosalers.
