Can someone provide information on the PH non-denom chip? I don't have a copy of the chip rack and it is not listed in my US Casino guide and not shown on any of the internet site I tend to find chip information on.
It is same on both sides.
My guess is that it may be a promo chip prior to it's opening (this is only a guess). Thanks and Happy Holidays.
