The company for sale in the ad is indeed Blue Chip Company. Mike Endy indicated they will continue operations and are not closing up shop. It's not clear if that means they will run the company indefinitely if they do not find a buyer. Mike didn't sound eager to go into details. Sorry I don't have more info.
