I guess I am lucky. We operate a tax franchise which requires us to run Dell's. We are a small franchise with only 40 Dells but because of the sive of the entire franchise we get a special support number. I have heard horror stories about Dell support so I send my sympathies. Our two best computers have been a 1991 Leading Edge, we ran it five years and gave it to a friend whose kids still play with it, and our old war horse here at our main office a 1995 Compaq that runs our 1988 accounting software. More hours than can be imagined have been put on that machine and it just won't die.
