This post is my last and final: $5 Slot Machine Token of the Day!

I think this is my favorite $5 token (in my collection) and I got it from a guy who was using it as a card capper in a poker game at The Orleans. I asked to see it, asked if it was For Sale, he said "Yes" and now I have it!

While his name escapes me at the moment, he is/was a member (I did not know it at the time) and all-in-all, I am very happy to have this uncirculated $5 slot machine token from the long gone Dunes!

NOTE: With the advent of TITO (EZ Pay) (ticket systems) it seems that slot machine tokens are a thing of the past. While $1 tokens are fairly plentiful, the higher denominations are not seen as often. Now, I don't have a great number of these, but what few $5 slot machine tokens I do have, I thought that others might be interested in seeing them, so I will be trying to post one daily (as a "$5 Slot Machine Token of the Day" series) until I run out of examples.
