TJ. Some dlears have very nice chips inbinders with very high prices, and if are looking at a chip, often say make me an offer. I don't like to bicker over price. I know what I will pay for a chip and will shop untill I find that price. I just don't like to make offers on high priced chips. In reverse I've sold some high end chips to dealers and just show the chip and give one price (thats fair) take it or leave it. Will never sell for less. This is just the way I like to both sell or buy. It's like buying a car who likes the hassle.
