Re: Hotel Last Frontier and Courts NCR

I hadn't seen that term used at Last Frontier before either. However, "tourist courts" were common in the thirty's and forty's as an inexpensive place for families touring the country to stay the night. Generally, a bunch of cabins surrounding a courtyard. Not sure why motor hotels, or motels, became the term for these but the tourist court nomenclature seemed to disappear in the fifties.
