GOA ( portuguese territory until 1961 when was invaded by India) is the only territory of India where gambling is allowed. There were some land based casinos ( some of them had only slots) and one floating casino- CASINO GOA- Caravela.
This year the government give more four licenses to floating casinos.
Now there are :
land based: Las Vegas Casino at Leela Resort, Chances Casino Goa, Hacienda de Oro Goa, Goldfinger Casino Goa, Treasure Casino Goa, Winners at Goa Marriott, Nugget
floating casinos:Casino Goa- Caravela, Casino Rio Goa,King´s Casino Goa,Pride of Goa, Casino Royale
