Your $5 chip comes from Ontario Canada. It was from a roaming charity casino named "All Nations", a first nation's operation. They operated in an area about one hour north of Toronto to to an area of about 1.5 hours north west of Toronto (the Lake Huron and Barrie area). They closed in 1996 I believe.

It is not a common chip as they were a very small operation. Most of the time they would only have one table open and typically only operated in the summer tourist season. That was the info given to me by a former dealer and he gave me the set below.
