It is of course preference whether you want ceramic or clay type chips, and in most cases, that decision would override the cost.
The only thing you can compare is the ceramic full graphic chips. From good experience (and I would reckon Gene will pretty much agree) - the chipco is much better for quality graphics - BetG has a poor history in terms of both picture quality and color recognition. They are also near twice the price. That said, I would expect them to last longer in a casino environment.
If you want 'modern' clay chips, I would choose Paul-Son above any others, even though they are more expensive.
If you need security features, then GPI are ahead of the game in just about everything.
