Here is the lokely outcome of all of this. The Big 3 get big money, probably without having to go into Chapter 11 (the new admonistration is too beholden to the UAW to force wage cuts). The Big 3 three comes back for more in April and gets it. Finally at some point they survive, but by building plants and selling in the BRIC countries (Brasil, Russia, India and China), the only places where growth in auto sales exists. More jobs go out of the country, but the REAL Big 3, Toyoto, Honda, and Nisson continue to build plants here using creative and productive labor practices and paying commpetitive wages (not the gouged UAW wages. You either believe in free enterprise or you don't. It can work if the government stays on the sidelines and companies hire smart people...not much history that they will do so though.
