2) Texas sat Colt McCoy in EVERY game except the Tech and Oklahoma State game at the beginning of the 4rd if not earlier
Then look at he delta of some of those 60+ wins.
Beat Nebraska by 34
Beat A&M by 38 (Texas beat by 40)
Beat Oklahoma State by 20 (Texas Beat by 4)
Beat Mizzou by 41 (Texas Beat by 25)
How about your own team Kansas? Oklahoma beat them at home by 12, Texas won on the road by 28
Yes, I realize that Oklahoma smoked Texas Tech and Texas lost to that same team, but if you look at all the other wins, Oklahoma didnt win by that much more than Texas and we sat our starters in the 4th (Unlike Oklahoma who threw for TD's with 2 minutes left in the game and they were already up by 30-40 points.
Remember, Texas could have beaten A&M by 60-70 but they did the right thing and called off the dogs, unlike so many other teams.
So to make a comment like the Sooners would "Pummel" Texas is in my opinion just plain wrong and Texas has already proved that.
