to say was that he did not repair his chips for the purpose of reselling them.

Obviously he had to have some made to show others his work.

Now I am not saying there is no blame to be placed there, but in my mind the bigger problem was the list of those asking for chips to be repaired.

Rumour had it that some people were asking to have mnultiples of the same chips fixed which makes you wonder what the intended purpose of that was.

Again, just my humble opinion.
