These are from the Regional Gaming Academy, Blackpool, UK.

At the time these chips were ordered, the renaming of 'Regional Gaming Academy' to 'National Gaming Academy' was under discussion. Consequently no wording (name) was put on the chips. You can see now that the renaming has happened.

There are 6 denoms as shown below. I would bet these are hard to obtain. Will sell these for just $25 shipped. Email me if interested.
