I was going through a bunch of recently acquired fractionals the other day and came across this chip. It is an oversize chip(43mm?) Now, EVERY H/C molded chip I have ever seen until now has the brim of the hats towards the center of the chip. This one, however, has the brim toward the edge of the chip. Is this at all common? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
