"So I paid a lot for the 1000, and I still use it, but its not a great one. I'd suggest the one Andy is showing"
I thought about the 1000 briefly, until I read a couple of bad reviews on it. Sounds like you did not have the luxury of a review, since you bought it when it first came out.
The only complaint I have had about the Harmony One, after using it for two days now, is that they did not supply very many station images. And none that would do me any good. That was solved though once I read a customer review that included a link to a site where someone had 3,000 images to download. I now have 24 station images set up. Makes it very easy to jump around from station to station. Now the 5 remotes I had been using are tossed in a drawer, never to be seen again.
Below are the steps mine goes through when I press Watch Blu Ray.
Device / Actions
Samsung Blu Ray / Samsung Blu Ray is on
Samsung TV / Samsung TV is on
Other / All other devices are off
Samsung TV / Samsung TV is set to "HDMI2"
