I just got back from Tunica and they have had quite a few layoffs there also. They got rid of 16 poker dealers at Horseshoe. Also heard that most of the casinos laid off from 50-100 people or more each. I was surprised at how busy it was last weekend but then it was a holiday. The dealers were commenting at what a nice weekend they had after a long slow period.
