The Seymour Guide that Jim talked about is a book called Antique Gamling Chips by Dale Seymour and your chip has the designated code PB-DE and it has a single chip listed value of E $6 to $7 each but in order to bring that much it would have to be in XLNT condition. The chip is called SPREAD EAGLE and it is listed in the first edition Seymour's Guide a circa 1901. The Yellow one in the picture is a variation with the circle drawn throught the wings.
