They are both in Ralph's book (and on the Caribbean Chip Guide), but the description of the Arusino Casino was left out (the chips are shown in the visual portion) of the book. The two first high rise hotels in Palm Beach in Aruba were the Aruba Caribbean (1959) and the Sheraton (1968). After the Aruba Caribbean casino closed, it was replaced by the Arusino. It later became the Carnaval. Ralph does not give dates for the Arusino, nor the opening of the Carnaval. The Aruba Sheraton casino, after two prior names became the Hart Casino in 1981 and changed in 1982 to the Aruba Palm Beach. Both are extremely hard to find. I have been VERY lucky. I picked up the Arusino on ebay during a convention (I have never been able to attend a convention, so ebay is an option for me) a number of years ago for an absurdly low price. I have never found such a bargain since.
