Thanks for the other offer af handling it for me. This may be a regular ordeal for me so I would like to learn how to do it myself instead of bugging you every time.
Ross - I have PrimoPDF and was able to create using the printer driver, but I never figured out the append or replace. Big words scare me! 
I'll give it a try tomorrow.
Jim - Thanks for the ideas. I may ending up trying them, too.
John - Won't work. I couldn't get Adobe to let me "select all" and then copy. Thanks for the response.
Thanks also to the emailer that offered to convert them for me. I'm assuming he wants to remain anonymous since he emailed instead of posting.
