Suggest that you create a PowerPoint presentation. With a screen capture program (Control + Screen Print) paste each page into the PowerPoint and Save As a .pdf.
If you Need to do some editing of eachnpage (crop) then use Paint or MicroSoft Image Editor.
You can also use "Grabber" (do a Google search) to select the displayed screen image and paste directly into a PowerPoint page.
