I have that one. Actually, that three leaves is one of the few I have in all four colors. The only one that is different in my chips is the yellow one. You will notice that the stem of the leaf one the right connects near the bottom of the central stem. That leaf connects much higher on the other three and yours. That difference is identical on both sides of each chip. Even the chips that look the same have slight hand finishing differences. I wonder how these chips were made. There must have been some type of template that the person used to position the basic shape and then the little lines were done more free hand.
