I have had zero problems with Bill and Karine's auctions in the past, although I'm now in day 12 of waiting for a chip I won from Karine on Nov. 18. I had had no e-mails from her or any response after I paid by PayPal within an hour of the auction ending, so I e-mailed her. She responded on Nov. 25 saying she received payment and the chip was on the way, but it hasn't arrived yet.

They're experienced dealers and have a good track record on . I would try to contact her first through and see if you get a response that way. Good luck.
