volunteers. It's not there is bias on his part, but a lack of patience on your part...he will respond, he always does. With regards to the person whom you noted as a "crook", think about it -- he has an excellent business reputation (as I'm sure you do) and I'm certain that neither you nor he would risk your business reputation for $11. Sadly, there is plenty of name calling that goes on around here and name-calling as such is tolerated for the most part. But when the attacks have the ability to cause financial harm to someone, something needs to be done; hence, the claims process.
