The Gaming Table is the most comprehensive in that area. Ed Hertel's book on Illegal operations has many of them pictured and with value and other information. Steve Goodrich has many illegals with monograms from the states on the Pacific Northwest. If you're serious about collecting the older chips from unlicensed games, you need all three of these books.
