Your information is Wrong! It is only a parcel if it is over 3/4" thick under normal circumstances. Otherwise it should be a large envelope. So you should be paying a buck or less for the same thing you are paying $1.34. The best way to solve this problem is to COMPLAIN to the Customer Service people. If they don't get any complaints they will never change the rates.
