I was sure the plate was from the Las Vegas Flamingo, because of where it was found...the Sunrise Mountain Dump! (no, we didn't find it ourselves )

The reason I was asking about the date was because that dump was only used for about a year, in 1950-1951, and I wondered if there was just a little chance that the plate might have been from the Bugsy era of the Flamingo (late 1946-early 1947). Guess not...darn....
