received the item and is satisfied with the sale before I leave feedback. Ebay doesn't allow you to leave negative feedback, even when the buyer does not pay so I dont see the down side to waiting until after the sale is complete to leave the feedback. The feedback should also be determined by the complete sale not just the speed of the payment. For example: I have received an immediate payment but an incorrect address as the customer moved and didn't update their address. I did pay to ship the item out again after it was returned to me and the buyer gave me the correct address. I just prefer to leave the feedback when the sale is complete and not before.
