I don't mention feedback in any of my auctions. If I get feedback, I know the buyer has received the item(s), is happy with the transaction, and I leave corresponding feedback. If I receive email or an eBay private message from a buyer indicating they received the product and they're happy with the transaction, I'll leave feedback before they do. It (feedback) is somewhat important (I'm pretty proud that in over 10 years of dealing on eBay, I've never had a neutral or negative), but as a seller, if I don't receive feedback, I don't initiate it (other than when I know by private communication that both parties are content). I have also treated this the same way as a buyer. I didn't expect praise just for paying for something I bought. I made a point of leaving feedback, be it first or second, if I was happy with my purchase after I received the product.
